Right of Withdrawal
We will grant you 14 calendar days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and see if it lives up to your expectations. The 14 day return period starts on the day after you received the product. During the return period please treat the product and the package carefully. Unpack or use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to judge if you wish to keep the product.

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment. The return option is limited to 2 pieces of artwork per customer per calendar quarter. If you return the works in damaged condition, you will be required to provide compensation of equivalent worth. Any cracks or tears in the photograph or the passe-partout have to be considered a total loss.

How to return a work
If you have decided to return a work please inform us by email. We wil supply you with a return number. After that, return the work in the original shipping packaging, using all the protective materials, with all accessories, including the Special Edition Certificate of Authenticity. Without this certificate no refund will be made.

Customers must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery confirmation from the carrier. Should the delivered goods be obviously damaged, and the damages are discovered only after signing for the delivery, customers have a period of 5 days to report the damages. If customers neglect to report damaged goods within this period, the right to return or exchange the purchased items is no longer valid.

Guarantee, proper use
Photographic materials may change over time, according to light and other storage conditions. We do not give warranties for such changes. Photographs, coatings, passe-partouts and frames may not be exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures and humidity grades above normal room level. Therefore artworks cannot be placed in basements, bathrooms, kitchens or outdoor.

Rights acquired by the buyer
When buying a photographic work you only obtain the ownership of the print itself, no other rights are transferred to you. All sorts of reproduction, dissemination, rent, public publication or other sorts of exploitation are prohibited. For exhibition a written permission from the maker of the work is required. You can resell the work.

Other terms and conditions

  • Dutch law exclusively applies to all orders. Sole place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
  • Delivered goods remain the property of the maker until payment is completed.
  • Information about delivery time is indicative and not binding.
  • We disclaim any responsibility for misrepresentation due to typographical errors.
